BNV 2025 IS A WRAP!!!THE PRODIGIES TURNED UP IN WISCONSIN!!

So many emotions hit us on the way back from the most transformative trip we’ve ever taken. These poets have been grinding through MANY ups and downs since March, and watching us shine after over 4 months of writing, fundraising, practicing, crying, laughing, and celebrating was incomparable. Every one of us came out of this journey different. We are the smallest, most diverse city represented at BNV for 2 years running, but we make up for it in heart, grind, and ENERGY!!! Our youth proved that we are one of the best poetry teams in the county, but most of all we proved to ourselves that we are capable of anything.

HUGE THANK YOU to BNV staff and organizers for hosting an incredible weekend for young artists from across the world. Yall are the goats and we SEE YOU AND LOVE YOU!! 

Thank you to every team that we got to share the national stage with, our new friends, and an especially huge shoutout to Youth Speaks BAY AREA for taking the 1st place trophy back home to the bay!! WEESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! We on top!!!

Lastly, thank you to the stars: our poets. This team is a once in a lifetime. Your effort, dedication, and love for each other has set a standard for years to come. You are MULTITUDES, you are UNSTOPPABLE, and you are ARTISTS!!! Pittsburg is honored to bring you home.
